″           Spiro Nerantzis and  Petro Nerantzis have purchased Olympia cafe, a 2,000 SF restaurant at 2514 PGA Blvd., Palm Beach Gardens, FL.   Olympia Cafe, a Greek

Mediterranean restaurant, has been in operation at the^prbsenUocation for 23 years.was broker in the trans tion for the sellers, Costas and Evelyn Papanikos The restaurant is presently undergoing interior updates and seats 100 guests. "Olympia Cafe will continue to thrive in this premium Palm Beach Gardens location," stated Mr. Prakas.

 ″            Bullseye Restaurant Group, Inc.   has  purchased  John  Bull English Pub, a 3,200 SF restaurant at 801  Village Blvd., West Palm Beach.    Principals    of   Bullseye Restaurant Group, Inc.are Paul and Penny Schlosser. Mr. Schlosser is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of the Arts, Hyde Park, NY and the former executive chef for all restaurants at the Seminole Hard Rock Cafe.
